- All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.
- Reservations should be made in advance to ensure timely service.
- Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.
- Trips outside of business hours have to be booked during business hours.
- The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to contract/invoices in writing via email, messengers or text.
- Deposits are required the same day a quote is accepted. If no deposit, trip will not be booked.
- The amount of deposit required will depend on the total cost of the trip and how soon the trip is.
- Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling can be arranged or a credit will be added to your account for future services.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made.
- We accept various forms of payment, including all major credit/debit cards, cash, ApplePay, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, personal or business checks and electronic transfers.
Service terms
- Our transportation services are provided based on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking.
- Any changes to the service requirements should be communicated to us as soon as possible.
- The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to contract/invoices in writing via email, messengers or text.- Please always review ride request details for your trip.
- Additional charges will be applied for changes requested after the booking has been confirmed.
Service agreement
- The Client promises to be reasonably available to the Business if the Business has questions regarding requested ride or rides, and to provide timely feedback and decisions.
- You are purchasing transportation services as described in invoice received from With Love Transportation. WLT will provide requested services on the date & time requested as best and as close as possible to the time requested for pick up/drop off.
- Please make sure that you have scheduled your pick up time, at least an hour before your appointment time.
- Please be aware that if you are unable to make your appointment. No refunds will be provided. Deposit will be credited to account for a future trip.
- Passengers are required to comply with all safety regulations and instructions provided by our drivers.
- Any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive may result in termination of the service without refund.
- With Love Transportation shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic delays, or acts of nature.
- We recommend passengers to secure their personal belongings during the journey. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Warranty: No refunds will be provided for completed ride/rides performed. Services completed are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship.
- We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We welcome feedback from our customers to improve our services. Same as for, any complaints or concerns should be communicated to us promptly for resolution.

- Customer agrees to instructions and requirements
- I will follow all of the instructions of the Business while on the (Inside Vehicles) Premises, including: business guidelines and requirements
- I agree not to enter the (Vehicle) Premises if I am experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 such as cough, shortness of breath, or fever, have a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, or have come in contact in the last 14 days with a person who has been confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19.
Expenses
- Client will reimburse the Business for reasonable expenses incurred by the Business in the provision of services.
( Examples: Tolls, Parking, Longer wait time then agreed on, or any damages that might be caused during trip by passenger or companions. )
